#50 Syndicate the Aggregate

Request an RSS 1.0 feed of the aggregate of all the
feeds. Suggest full element content from the
originating feeds, and the use of these modules
http://web.resource.org/rss/1.0/modules/syndication/
http://web.resource.org/rss/1.0/modules/aggregation/

This would be very useful when one person maintains a
list of related feeds for thier peers.
