[Agentfactory-developer] MentalAgent class now introduced!

Hi all,

The MentalAgent class has now been introduced, and i've made all the 
changes to ensure that the code compiles.  Please could you spend a few 
minutes checking that there is no other fallout from this (e.g. rob, in 
the example i noticed that the constructors made use of the Agent class 
- this has changed to MentalAgent, but i didn't change the appropriate 
perceptor and actuator creation code).
