Problem
Agent Barn no longer appears to support uploading a custom skill as a ZIP archive.
The current custom-skill editor requires files to be added individually. This does not work for skills that depend on nested folders such as references/, scripts/, or assets/.
When files are added individually, Agent Barn displays them at the skill root and does not preserve their original directory paths.

@JayddieTech you can specify paths in the file names. Let me know if that doesn't work
