Good catch on the SSL stuff, I didn't think about having to construct a different connection for SSL vs non-SSL. On the Admin interfaces, I assumed a separate client for administration, I just figured that it would need a set of XML interfaces as well. I think a separate admin client is better than integrating it with the standard client (more security). On the timestamp issue, seconds since epoch is easy enough on server side. We can timestamp each server reply so we're all talking the same time. I guess now I'll look at actually defining the MailMessage, DirectoryEntry and incorporating the comments you added. Can you send some examples of your idea of tags and such for sorting, etc. . . ?(Maybe an XML example). Group Question: Does anybody have an IM account setup so that we could exchange ideas real time if we happen to be online at the same time? For example, I have an AOL instant messenger account. Same as my email (turne016). __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Find a job, post your resume. http://careers.yahoo.com |
