AGENCY ‘quick search’ enables you to search for tenants by
- Name
- Date of birth (DOB)
- Building + Unit number
- Client ID
For best results consider the following when searching by each data type (note, quick search is not case sensitive):
- Name: Use last name only for best results. If you want to refine, use the convention of last_name+comma+space+first_initial (i.e. Smith, J). Entering “Jonathan Smith” into the quick search box will not yield results, but entering just “Smith” or “Smith, J” will lead you to Jonathan Smith.
- DOB: The search function is relatively flexible when searching by DOB. You can enter either “1/1/55” or “01/01/55” or “01/01/1955” and achieve the same result.
- Building+Unit Number: The search function requires that you enter the 3 letter building code+2 or 3 digit unit number, NO SPACE between the two.
- Client ID: The client ID is most likely to be useful for bulk data entry personnel. Do not include the ‘#’ when you type the 6 digit client ID.
