Alerts

Staff alerts notify you about something that has happened. You can view your alerts on the [AGENCY_home_page].

Staff alerts can be generated in several ways:

• Another AGENCY user sees something of interest to you, and flags it for your attention
• Something happens to a client (or donor) that is on your staff assignments list, and this in turn generates an alert for you.
• Something happens that is covered by an alert notification record that you have set up.

If [Email_notification] is enabled, you will receive an email notifying you of the alert.
