Adding Staff Assignments

  • Navigate to a client page
  • Click the ‘Add new staff assignment link’ at the top of the client page
  • Complete required fields (Staff, Staff Assignment Type, Start Date)

All Housing Case Managers at Plymouth are 'Case Managers' in AGENCY because    
alerts are set up based on this selection-- even if you are a Chemical Dependency, 
Geriatric, or Criminal Justice specialist, please select 'Case Manager' for this 
field.
  • Leave field 'End Date' blank (unless you know you will only be monitoring this client for a specific length of time)
  • Click 'Yes' if you'd like to receive alerts for this client (i.e. if they are referenced in an incident or housing notice)
  • Click ‘submit’ to save your work

Ending Staff Assignments

You may want to end your staff assignment if a tenant has been re-assigned to another Case Manager, if you are changing buildings or positions, or if you are ending your employment with Plymouth. Contact Database Administrators if you have more than a handful of staff assignments that need ending-- these can be done in a batch by administrators.

  1. Navigate to a client page
  2. Click 'Expand All' to view the Staff Assignment section of the client record
  3. Click 'View' next to your staff assignment for this tenant
  4. Click 'Edit this Record'
  5. Enter an end date for this staff assignment
  6. Click ‘submit’ to save your work
