The adx-project should provide a ready-to-use XSLT template for the
translation of an ADX architectural description document to HTML. The
XSLT should also be customizable by direct editing or by use of a custom
cascading stylesheet document.
Note - I removed XSLT from the user story title and it really shouldn't be in the
description; the user goal is to generate HTML, XSLT is an implementation
concern.
