Hi,
if I call N4BiasFieldCorrection by accident "N4BiasFieldCorrection -i in.nii.gz out.nii.gz" instead of "N4BiasFieldCorrection -i in.nii.gz -o out.nii.gz" the application seg faults. It seems like it is assumed that out.nii.gz is an input file in the first case, but it doesn't exist which leads to problems.
