#89 SQL logic error with limited queries

I had to replace lines 240-246 of sqlitepo_driver.inc with the following:

$offsetStr = '';
$limitStr = '';
if ($offset != -1 || $nrows != -1)
{
$offsetStr = ($offset>=0) ? " OFFSET " . $offset : '';
$limitStr = ($nrows >= 0) ? " LIMIT ". $nrows : ($offset >= 0 ? ' LIMIT 999999999' : '');
}

And then the bug was fixed.
