#78 Update Intel URL for network script

I noticed that the ASL network install script uses a stale URL for the Intel TBB package. Downloading the appropriate release and dropping it in the same directory as the script works just fine, but otherwise the script dies when it can’t find the package to extract it.

Added -L to curl commands in net setup scripts to protect against http redirects. Fix should appear in 1.0.38.
