i consider this as bad ui/ux, pls fix or add warning
i just accidentaly "killed a server" for some time, by making it export whole 8gb db, bc i checked header to unselect all tables, and manually selected only few... but did not remember to uncheck also the data column checkbox
i recommend either puting the data column before the table name column, to keep checkboxes together, or putting the first checkbox on separate column after the table name.

(found data consistency on export+reimport in case of using foreign keys works in adminer, but not even in phpmyadmin - there it may partially fail during the import of tables to another db bc of foreign key not yet in place during import - lol)
