#764 Clicking Select/Search/Sort elements no longer does anything

Adminer Version: 4.7.7

Browser: Chrome Version 86.0.4240.22 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

Issue:

I can no longer toggle the "Select", "Search", "Sort" elements to filter my table results. Normally the cursor would change to a hand and you can click to toggle each of these displays, but now the cursor never changes and it's completely unresponsive (see attached)

When I open the inspector tool and drag the "Search" anchor out of the <legend> element and drop it inside it's parent <fieldset>, the "Search" anchor link works fine again.

I have tried this across multiple installations (different domains) and during incognito. It works as expected in Firefox.

hey , have the same problem, 100% sure it is chrome related, anyway for a temporary workaround, I put following code in adminer.css

legend {
    display: flex;
}
legend a {
    z-index: 1;
}

Please try it with the default design. I couldn't reproduce this even with the hever design (which I suppose is the one used here).

Moving the title outside the <legend> tag is a wrong solution.
