#497 Iissue with quotes

Hi,
There is an issue with quotes in the data :
I'd like to ... gets exported as I\'d like to ...
while in my latest sql dump, it was I''d like to ...
which even creates more errors when importing !

Same bug with phpMyAdmin 4.5.5.1 and 4.6
phpMyAdmin 4.4.15.5 works fine

Dev server configuration (WampServer 3)
Operating system : Windows 7 x64
Web server : Apache 2.4
Database: MySQL 5.7.11
PHP version : 7.0.6 / 5.6 / 5.4

Adminer uses the escaping style of the underlying database.
