#44 Customizable defaults

Each time I upgrade Adminer I have to search for a couple settings to change to make my life easier.

Basically I like to change the defaults on the dump page to save a file and use the "USE" database style.

Could you extract these settings (and others) out and put them in a easy to see configuration section? Perhaps at the top of the file?

I am planning to save the export options to a cookie which solves this problem in a different way.

Dump options are now saved to and read from a cookie (in SVN branches/sqlite).
