#161 SQL command could have a running time info
When performing a SQL command, it would be nice to have a running time info displayed. This is handy especially with long-running commands like ALTER etc.
Example (actual version):
"Index has been altered. SQL Command"
(future version):
"Index has been altered. Time 270 seconds. SQL Command"
OR:
"Index has been altered. Time 4:30. SQL Command"
OR:
"Index has been altered (Took ~270 seconds). SQL Command"
OR:
etc...
