#1074 Add icon to report viewer to refresh the report

Add the requery/refresh icon to the report viewer to requery the report data. This would be useful when viewing the aging report, for example, when a payment was not allocated. The payment could be allocated and the report refreshed. Another example would be viewing financial reports while making GL Journal entries.

The ZK interface has this functionality but it is missing in the swing interface.
