The existing Windows icon that gets compiled into Adempiere.exe (ADempiere startup wrapper for the Windows platform) contains only a 32 x 32 Pixel image and therefore does not look favorable on different icon size settings.

The attached zip file contains a new icon containing images with different resolutions and color depths. In addition it contains a recompiled ADempiere startup wrapper containing this new icon and the launch4j configuration file required to create it.
