problem while adding adempiere as project in eclipse

when i tried to add adempiere source code as a project in eclipse,I am getting an error like this.anybody please help.

Description Resource Path Location Type The project was not built due to "Could not delete '/ADempiere/posterita/posterita/web/WEB-INF/classes/org'.". Fix the problem, then try refreshing this project and building it since it may be inconsistent ADempiere Unknown Java Problem

    Hi Remya,
    I am now using Eclipse Kepler and followed the instructions given in the ADempiere Cookbook. For me, it's just working fine. I hope the same book will help you very much to setup the development environment.

there are many links available just google it and also there is adempiere cookbook in which detailed explanations are given on configuring adempiere in eclipse
