#2677 Libero MO :MRP issue

Looks like we are having trouble with working with MRP. It is a little confusing to understand how the Demand and Supply for each product is populated. Consider this scenario:

The BOM of the finished good (BOPP CLR 40 MIC X 48 MM X 40 YDS - 72 Rolls/CTN) is detailed as below. The BOM Type for Rolls/CTN as well as that of Rolls is Make-To-Order (Find screenshots attached).

BOPP CLR 40 MIC X 48 MM X 40 YDS - 72 Rolls/CTN
• BOPP CLR 40 MIC X 48 MM X 40 YDS Rolls (72 Rolls)
o BOPP CLR 40 MIC X 1280 MM
o Core 1230MM x 3.5 MM x 3 IN
• EMPTY CTN 400x500x600 (1 No.)
• SHRINK FILM PE-276 (1.4 Meter)

Now we start with Inventory being zero for all these products.

I have entered Four Sales Orders as below:

When I run the MRP after I have completed these sales orders, my Supply for the raw materials including the semi-finished good (BOPP CLR 40 MIC X 48 MM X 40 YDS Rolls) gets clubbed in an unusual manner which I am not able to reason out why and how. The screenshot for the MRP Info, the Manufacturing Workflow and the Product Planning for the product is attached as screenshot for reference.

Kindly help with these queries:

• How is the clubbing done and why has it clubbed it in such a manner?
• Why has the clubbed two MO’s (80234, 80235) have the same promised date?
• Why has my Supply for the finished good (Rolls/CTN) not clubbed and is as per my sales order?
• How to make sure clubbing happens only in the case of same product and same promised date? and/or Business Partners (When and if neccessary)?
