[Acx100-devel] [PATCH] acx_{read,write}_N() simplification

Patch removes duplicate implementations of acx_read_reg and friends
(one as #defines and other as functions). Single codebase
can provide inline or non-inline variants now.

Secondly, patch changes meaning of the second argument so that:

-       acx_write_reg16(priv, priv->io[IO_ACX_INT_TRIG], INT_TRIG_CMD);
+       acx_write_reg16(priv, IO_ACX_INT_TRIG, INT_TRIG_CMD);

because priv->io[REG] construct was used in 99,9% of callsites.
