AC Tools AC Tool

Finalized the additional code that brings AC Tool up to date with the last Beta version released back in 2012. This includes the adding of the CreateForm procedure to create the script's forms on the fly, thus allowing for the forms to be updatable by constants. The renaming of the stop and restart commands to stopscript and restartscript. And many other updates and done in the last beta release. This also includes the addition of changes made by Pinuse for the AC Tool Companion and Decal that was last sent to me. Full list of changes made will be included in the history/readme file in Distro.
