Addition to the Companion by Phinius:

Added bitwise logical operators (as BAND, BOR, BXOR, BSHL, BSHR) and added the Round and RoundTo functions (with identical implementation as Delphi).

Prefixed the logical operators with a B due to the nature of how parser10 works. ‘Or’ is just to generic and can easily match identifiers and cause a parser error.

Added PlusMemo v6.2e source files.
