#290 Changing answer with radio button won't trip repeat page

Changing the radio button answer from a non-repeat option, to a repeat option/trigger does not trigger a repeat page.

Actions:
- Selected radio button option that would not trigger repeat page and pressed [next] (Page 1)
- Pressed [back]
- Selected radio button option that would trigger repeat page and pressed [next]
- Page 1 did not repeat, Page 2 appeared

Turns out, this was caused by hitting the last page of a repeating page sequence. In this case, clicking yes to repeat the page will never generate a new page
