#268 Cascading Queries on Repeating Pages - Query Not Reruning

If a cascading queries are on on a repeating page, the queries work fine on the first page. However, on subsequent pages in the repeating page sequence, the queries do not fire properly.

We should test the following scenarios:

1) Textbox driving a multi select (ex: text box asking for a user filter)
2) Query on a select box driving a cascading query on another selectbox. (ex: division / site example from the STS)

Note - this has been fixed for a client and committed to the trunk AW / awlite. We should test that the fix works in the trunk, ensure that a script is written for this bug, and then move this bug to Pending
