Hello All, We are looking for feedback on the Risk Assessments functionality of Active Agenda. Currently, Risk Assessments are associated with a local Situation on a one-to-one basis. We have received feedback suggesting a preference for a stand alone Risk Assessments module. Accommodating this feedback is relatively simple, but we don't want to make these changes until we hear from anyone concerned with such a change. The present design is as follows: 1 Local Situation : 1 Risk Assessment : * Hazards The suggested change would result in a stand alone module titled Risk Assessments that allows the user to associate all of the existing submodules. Situations would be associated via the Hazards submodule. This design is more consistent with typical business work flow where a person or group conducts a single risk assessment (e.g. Assess the newly designed operating line) that may result in multiple identified hazards likely to result in multiple perils (a.k.a. Situations). The new design would be as follows: 1 Risk Assessment : * Hazards : * Local Situations (perils) Please let us know if you have any thoughts or concerns on the proposed change. Regards...Dan |
