Hi, here is my second report about ACPI on my tosh3k with kernel 2.4.18, april acpi patches and DSDT override from Ducrot Bruno. ac-power and thermals are working with the DSDT override, but I noticed new behaviour with batteries: until first ac-change, the infos from BAT1 are copied to BAT2, although there is no one. The CPU performance detection in ACPI doesn't notice any changes: during boot without ac the speed (733) is detected correctly, but /proc/acpi/... shows the higher one (1133). Ducrot's tosh3k driver has no such problems and shows always the correct speed. I played around with S1 and different modules loaded and: Yes, I was successful for some minutes - I can't reproduce it 'till now, but I will try harder. I was able to put my system in S1 sleep and awake it without keyboard locks. USB drivers were even loaded afterwards and it still worked. How to enable more verbose output to console to see, where it freezes? Nikolaus |
