Miguel: Looks from the output that you should apply the acpi-mem patch (attached). I'm assuming that the lack thereof is what is causing the following errors: ACPI-0318: *** Error: Handler for [System_memory] returned AE_NO_MEMORY This may also be causing the other errors you've reported -- hard to tell. Give it a try and let me know the results.
