The same temporary_mime_directory() function is used by acmemail both to locate the temp directory itself and to tell the web client where the directory is.

Because the web client is accessing the temp directory through the web server directly, these paths may infact be different.

Resolved with some new patches. Added web_temporary_mime_directory() function and hacks to fix.
