#35 Bonjour + XMPP Protocol Support

Allow communication with other users on the LAN using Pidgin on Windows and Macs with iChat or other clients.

(1) don't use a proprietary protocol but XMPP
(2) If the Bonjour framework is installed, use it to find other peers
