#28 TTL option is not respected

When using Multicast mode, the TTL is always set to 1, no matter what the TTL option is set to in the Settings screen. Routers will not forward multicasts if they have a TTL of 1, so this keeps us from using this tool on our segmented network. (We are all in the same building, but each network closet is a different subnet, with a core router in the middle)
