If transcript emails are configured to be sent by the operator client, and during the same polling window on the operator's side during a chat, the operator hits the disconnect button and immediately following that the visitor closes (X's) his/her window, two transcripts for that chat are emailed. The first one shows "Disconnect status: normal disconnect" and the second one shows the chat lasting a few seconds longer and "Disconnect status: end point disconnected - server terminated".
