#27 Chrome can send a blank message

Using Chrome in a chat, I can click in the typing area and then hit my keyboard 'Enter' key, and cause a blank message to be sent to the far end. It doesn't happen if I hit the 'Send' button instead, and it doesn't happen for Firefox and IE.
