#2 A1000+Solaris 8, iostat -En

iostat -En fails with an A1000 on solaris 8, due to
some permissions problems. Easy/decent solution is to
check for this case, if it occurs, do an iostat -E
(which works) and then translate the sdXX name to a
normal-looking device name. Or even just leave them in
the BSD-style.
