merge for trimming and diagnostic

Merge with zip program svn_check_280725

commit all modules and remove unused function and back up folder

1. add coverage for logic/driver tests, update test.cpp and R1.pgs file

1. Complete Tr and TF for driver test, 13.5v, 5.5v and 60c supply

2. Change QTMU1/2 to QTMU0/1

3. Change QMVE1/2 to QMVE0/1

Add Enter_TM, Exit_TM, Power_up_init, Power_up_change, power_down function

Update Pin_Channel_define.h to add QTMU3 and QTMU4

Add tr_GHA/B/C and VGHH_A/B/C tests, update test.cpp and HE8116_FT_R1.pgs files
