[Abstract ADO.NET-announce] ANN: Version 0.3 Source Code Drop Available

The source code for build 0.3 is available.  It will build properly using
the latest drop of NAnt (not the latest binary drop).  It is being released
to let people get a look at the code and a feel for what it is this project
is trying to accomplish.
