#2 License text clarification

During a recent audit of packages in Fedora, it was discovered that the license attributions in abe could be made a bit more clear. Currently the only licensing information can be found in the COPYING file in the source distribution.

Ideally, each source file would include a copyright and license text, including the specific GPL version, to remove any possible confusion. Please see http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/gpl-howto.html for details.
