#61 Clarify errors due to invalid argument input

I would suggest that you improve your error messages
(such as the one I performed, passing in the
parameter "new String[]{"--opensurveynumber=2"}" in
Costello). Novice users will be unable to understand
this type of error when they have a similar issue. My
suggestion would to make more specific exception
handlers and output more specific error messages,
rather then stack traces.
