This existed in the Qt UI, but does not exist elsewhere. Ideally it should exist in the web UI (so that contestants can change their own passwords), but at a minimum should exist as a command-line tool so that admins can reset forgotten passwords.
It now exists in the command-line abacustool, although only the admin version of the interface is supported. Downgrading priority.
