#12 Closes after clicking Apply on the un/pw entry window

I'm using Fedora Core 4, and not exactly an expert, but
I installed the rpm using the console "rpm -i <file>"
and everything seemed to be peachy.

I stuck a shortcut on the desktop and launched it, when
I entered my user credentials and clicked apply, the
application simply closes. Not sure what's happening
there.
