Fixed error in file_size_limit description

Added a GD note to application demo upload.php
Moved PHP session code to the top of the file of index.php to prevent "headers have already been sent" errors.
Fixed invalid syntax in swfupload.js (shame on me for not testing).

Removed some unnecessary "var self = this;" statements.
Began experimenting with the setLoginCredentials function. This is only available on Flex3. SWFUpload is currentl on Flex2 (Flex3 is still in beta).

Updated applicationdemo.net/Global.asax so if the cookie does not exist it gets created.
Fixed setStats function.
Added demo swfupload files to the repository so the project is in a working configuration when checked out.
