Added GetFileByIndex support to the JavaScript (inside getFile)

Added GetFileByIndex and supporting code (making the assumption that AS3 passes things that inherit object are passed by reference). *Needs testing

Rebuilt SWF files in release mode.

Changed featuresdemo/index.php to default to Flash Player 9
FileItem.file_status now defaults to FILE_STATUS_NEW. FileItem also sets the file_status to FILE_STATUS_ERROR if the FileReference object causes an exception when you attempt to read it.

Added a file check (in conjunction with the FileItem checks) to Select_Handler. Turns out Zero-byte files cause errors in FP9 instead of just reporting a zero size.

Fixed failed startUpload files not calling uploadComplete.
