Moved Files under Flash9 and Flash8 folders

Modified uploadStart so it can be called with setTimeout and then return a value in a separate call.

Modified the SWFUpload main function. Added initSWFUpload so plugins can more easily override it.

Lots of work on the v1.0.2 compatibility plug in.
Stubs for detectionkit and documentready plugins.

Added GetFile function.

Renamed uploadComplete to uploadSuccess and fileComplete to uploadComplete. This may confuse users of previous versions but should be more clear on the whole.
Fixed Queue Limit/Upload Limit logic issues.
Added modificationDate to FileItem object.
Added a setStats method. Allowing for advanced queue and limit manipulation. Has not been well tested
Added in_progress item to status. Renamed completed_uploads to successful_uploads.

Moved URLRequest creation in swfupload.as so users can set the file params/upload params right up until the upload actually begins.

Removed extra debug_enabled variable.
Removed graceful degradation. This was moved to a plugin.

Started (stubbed out) a v1.0.2 compatibility plugin.

Updated reloadSWFUpload function for new swfUploadLoaded callback

Updated demos to work with beta 3 changes.
