You can send lengthy attachments directly to me, but then resend the body of the message without the attachment to the list.  Also, you can open an issue at SourceForge where we can attach data for the issue.

I'd like to see the full dmesg output, and also the output from lspci -vvv. 

I thought CentOS and RedHat are equivalent, but its strange that Fedora works with same hardware.  Can you try, for a test, downloading our out of tree driver on the Source Forge site and see if it has the problem on CentOS as well?
