I work for a small manufacturing company and I am researching an ERP System to implement. Recently, we've decided to implement Siemens's PLM suite TeamCenter. Is there currently any interoperability between ADempiere ERP system and TeamCenter? What are the XML capabilities of Adempiere, TeamCenter can be configured export XML in a custom formats. Is Adempiere erp system compatible with PLM-XML? If Adempiere ERP system does not currently support TeamCenter integration with PLM-XML, and the developers of Adempiere ERP system see this is something they'd like to achieve, we'd been more than willing to partner with Adempiere ERP system to achieve this. OOTB interoperability with TeamCenter/PLM from Siemens would help Adempiere ERP system gain market share.
I would also like to talk one-on-one if possible.

Not currently or at least i do not know.

Adempiere since version 3.5.0 can import/export everything which has XML format.
XML Format is defined in Adempeire system very easy by user and no codding is needed.

What is PLM-XML?
Any link?

PLM XML is an emerging Siemens PLM Software format for facilitating product lifecycle interoperability using XML. It is open and based on standard W3C XML schemas. Representing a variety of product data both explicitly and via references, PLM XML provides a lightweight, extensible and flexible mechanism for transporting high-content product data over the Internet, and aims to form the basis of a rich interoperability pipeline connecting Siemens PLM Software products and third party adopter applications.

I'm not sure how to answer you.
I have reviewd PLM XML. I found 2-3 things which are common to me (Product, Address, Organization)
Product was one of them, but it had very few characteristics compared to Product in Adempiere.
Do you know exactly what would you like to transfer?
PLM XML has more information which is not stored in ERP system. Do you plan to store this inofmration in the ERP system?

I do not yet. We have not yet implemented the TEAMCENTER. I am researching on to which ERP System is the best to have use when I want to integrate the PLM XML.

Depends on whether the information is something that is useful for the people that are using the ERP systems. Possibles files and drawing from TEAMCENTER would be stored on to the ERP System.
