I went from N++ 4.2.2 to 4.9.1, and almost went back to 4.2.2 when I couldn't find the menus. I think it should default to showing the menus, and let folks turn them off as an option. Otherwise, they think it's broken.

This is what it looks like just after download and executed. I cannot find any settings or button to unhide the menubar (file edit search ...).
