I have installed care2x / http://care2x.org ( on Mysql)for a clinic in my hometown,care2x is a hospital information system which has lots of feature but no accounting at all.
I do not know to let them talk but I just want adempiere customer is added everytime the care2x unique patient is added. Say this small script should check care2x patient every minute and insert the patient to adempiere customer table and treat them as standard/cash customer, and let POS of adempiere to deliver the service of the clinic to the patients.
The problem is I can not even this small script. Is it possible to get help on this ?

I made small 5 minutes research on care2x site and i found that they have Health Xchange Protocol.
And it looks that care2x can sync data beteen remote locations.
So i think that synchronization between care2x and Adempiere can be done, but it require further research.
Currenlty with Adempiere Replication user can define Format of XML which can be sent to remote server upon record creation/modification.
Of course you can create DB triger which can send data to remote DB or Server upon record creation too.

Actually care2x and sql-ledger had been able to talk to each other since Akhmad Damiel Sembiring (one of the care2x developers at source forge.net ) made the tricks.
I contacted Akhmad and asked for the price, http://vitraining.com/products/Integrated%20Hospital%20Information%20System/BrosurHIS.pdf ,but very unlucky I could not afford to buy the bundle. It's far to expensive for me to buy and the service he offered include the thing I dont need . The Sql-ledger guy ( Dieter S ) told me that I can use API to make things work, but again, I can not code, I promise I 'll learn.
