Perhaps someone has a better solution - i.e. one that allows you to change the warehouse.
But can I just say that while you cannot delete the order (for audit rules) you can still void it. So it's there but no longer an actual order... I think (hope) any reservation will then me released.
Perhaps you could try it on a test DB first? do you have one?

You might need to Void the sales order, which will set the reserved quantity to zero. You don't need to delete it, and it may not be possible. Just void and re-enter.
If it's a huge sales order, you can use the "copy" button to copy all the lines to a new order.

Hi Trifon,
unluckily, I could not connect to your conference, which I would have attended dearly.
Maybe you could announce it next time with a couple of days in advance and a specific hour (GMT), so we can reserve the time.
Best regards,
Mario
don't worry Mario you didn't miss anything he was just testing his new conference software! ;)

Just set all quantities to zero and complete the order. After this re-open order, change your warehouse and set quantities again.
Ricardo.
a very useful tip Ricardo!
thx for sharing.
