I have seen that document but i didn't understand the complete procedure from that doc
I m new in GNUWin32 compiler. I had never used it.
So if possible then plz provide every step with detail info.

If you are new to the "GNUWin32 compiler" (meaning mingw, i.e. gcc), why do you need to build libjpeg? What else do you need to do with it (what to you need a self-built libjpeg for?), how do you expect to be able to cope with that then?
