I guess that there's some problem with the website, fileutils things keep pointing to coreutils, I had to reach the fileutils exe directly on the mirror.
See http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages.html for the error (look at the href for fileutils).
The problem keeps popping out also aftewards.
Maybe you can say a word to the webmaster.
